The official GRAMA request form is the documentary route. It states $15 for up to ten pages, added cost beyond ten pages, and up to ten business days to provide, deny, or give notice of more time. The live Records page is the best source for current contact information because the form header shows a different number.
Use the route that matches the underlying issue:
- For a released person or release record, start with the full Juab County search and records path.
- For supervision after release, use Juab County parole and probation and the Region 4 Richfield office.
- For someone believed released today, check the 24-hour release workflow; Juab publishes no official feed.
- For a state parole/release date or alert, use the projected release date and VINELink check resources.
- For a UDC prisoner or supervised person, contact UDC at 801-545-5500 or use its official records portal.
- For federal custody, use the BOP system; for immigration detention, use ICE and EOIR rather than the county jail.
